New Homes
In 1978 Asdal Builders completed their first custom home. Since then there have been several dozens of others. Individually hand crafted with the highest of performance standards, each home provides for the customers needs in an energy efficient building. The smallest craftsman details in the foundation create a standard for the frame and finishes. Our staff masonry expert and framers insure our years of experience and expertise are evident every phase of construction. Our team of subcontractors has been with us an average of 14 years with the longest partnership being 26 years (VanNatta Mechanical). We are proud of our quality product and know the proven durability is unmatched in the marketplace. Renovations
Asdal Builders has built several hundreds of structural room additions and complete gut-rehabs of existing buildings
through our service to the public. Each provides a creative solution to unique client needs. The technical standards are the highest in the industry.

This tudor style home needed an attached garage which was accomplished using field stone from an onsite hedgerow. The roof is 7 layers of steamed wood shakes applied in a wave pattern and curved over the facias.
The siding is rough sawn oak timbers infilled with cement plaster. The overall appearance of the addition is seamless and will provide decades of low maintainence service.
