The Raritan Inn (pictured at right), a 275-year old former Victorian, underwent a two-year renovation by Asdal Builders. The Inn uses the most innovative renewable energy technologies - solar power and geothermal heating and cooling. The Innkeeper's residence is a residential power plant that has set the standard for environmentally conscious restoration.
The Raritan Inn has been featured in many articles, both for its extensive renovations and for its commitment to innovative "green" technologies and energy-saving measures.

The National Association of Homebuilders has honored Bill Asdal as a quality instructor who promotes and contributes to the professionalism of the building industry. Since 2007, Bill has taught over 100 courses and was selected for the award by the NAHB Board of Governors based on student reviews and recommendations of his peers.

Bill Asdal has successfully completed the training necessary to become Lead-Based Paint RR & P (Renovation, Repair & Painting) Certified contractor. This certification is in response to a new EPA federal regulation effective April 10th.
